Delivery Information

Have you selected the correct shipping option? FLAT RATE applies for local delivery (see below for areas covered), PICK UP FROM STORE (at least 1 day's notice required), otherwise the cart will calculate on weight.  Please make sure we have a contact telephone number.  

We will refund any incorrect shipping charges, but will also advise if there is any more to pay prior to dispatch.

We will be using Collect Plus to ship nationwide orders, if however your order can be shipped via Signed For Royal Mail + packing cheaper than Collect Plus we will use this service and refund the difference. (See rates below)

For local and collect in store orders please select FLAT RATE or PICK UP FROM STORE.

UK Only Parcel Courier - We dispatch orders up to 10kg total weight (maximum dimensions 60cm x 50cm x 50cm) anywhere in Mainland UK. If the total order exceeds this, we will contact you and advise you of your options. 

We use a courier called Collect+ that allows customers the option of delivery to their home or to collect their orders from their participating local shop. The price includes picking & packing. Please allow 3+ working days for delivery and advise whether delivery is required to your home or local shop.

AnchorLocal Delivery - We can deliver anywhere within a 7 mile radius of our store for the price of £3.00 free on orders over £25.00, please select FLAT RATE SHIPPING for local delivery.
